The fitness and nutrition industry is growing at a rapid pace, especially in India, as people increasingly prioritize their health. Consequently, the amount of information and content circulating on social media is also expanding rapidly. Many individuals claim to be "experts" in workouts, nutrition, and supplements, making it difficult for consumers on their respective fitness journeys to determine whom to trust.

My project focuses on this issue, specifically examining the spread of misinformation and disinformation in the fitness and nutrition industry within the Indian context.
