In 2023, I collaborated on a group UX research project aimed at enhancing the assessment and grading system within the Blackboard platform utilized by the SMI Faculty. Our focus was on integrating effective peer feedback mechanisms to improve the overall user experience for both students and educators. This project underscores my ability to work collaboratively in a team setting, conduct thorough user research, and develop practical solutions.
